Principal’s Message

Principal Tom DyeDear Students, Parents, Staff, and Community Members,

Welcome to Fox Chapel Middle School, home to the Mighty Tigers. Here at FCMS, we take great pride in our school and attempt to achieve academic excellence by creating a dynamic learning environment for our students. In addition to our core academic offerings, we provide a wide range of engaging elective classes. These include Art, Band, Chorus, Commercial Arts, Culinary, Entrepreneurship, E-School, and Physical Education. Several of these programs provide our students with opportunities to earn Industry Certifications, setting them up for future success.

Beyond the classroom, FCMS fosters a strong sense of community. Many of our students participate in after-school team sports, clubs, and activities, as well as being involved with after-school and weekend community events. These extra-curricular activities help to build responsible citizens and provide opportunities for parents and community members to have a sense of belonging in our school. Fox Chapel Middle School staff have a passion for educating our students, are committed to our community and take pride in building our school to becoming the top choice for families in Hernando County.

Warm regards,

Principal Thomas B. Dye
